1. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us at hello@tinkerbellandfairydust.co.uk. We will assist you with the process and ensure you receive the correct item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If the product arrives damaged/broken on arrival, these must be reported to us within 24 hours and photos provided of it in box and area of damage in order to receive a refund or replacement* (cost of postage to be paid by customer if returned or replacement sent). Please email hello@tinkerbellandfairydust.co.uk with clear photos of the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke items cannot be returned.
